Douglas Hershey
As our Creative Director, Doug has a lot to juggle, but he turns to nature to recharge.
A quick hike and some fresh air inspire him through the colors, textures, and sounds. In fact, he dreams of owning chickens!
At Scheffey, Doug is responsible for developing creative concepts, designing communication materials, and managing all art production. His past experience includes time with several local and regional agencies, as well as owner of Weston Design, Lancaster – which merged with Scheffey in 2004. Doug’s work at Scheffey has helped our clients bring their brands to life with impactful and productive results for their bottom line.
Doug and his wife Lisa live just outside of Lancaster. He has two incredible daughters and five adorable grandkids. When he’s not hiking in his spare time, he also enjoys motorcycling, reading, and traveling.
