Kevin Murphy

With years of business operations experience, Kevin intuitively understands many of the business challenges our clients face, and he adds process-oriented thinking to Scheffey’s strategy-driven plans. As President and Owner, Kevin is committed to guiding the Scheffey team through continually living our values of “Serving Clients,” “Valuing Results and Relationships,” “Cultivating Creativity,” and “Leveraging Strengths.”

Kevin is the mastermind behind Scheffey’s monthly “Speedbump,” meeting, which is a chance to slow down and come together as a team to strengthen ourselves as a whole. In the community, Kevin supports Water Street Mission here in Lancaster, has served at Worship Center (his family’s home church), promotes Messiah University wherever he can, and loves to tell people about his connect with Dunamis Connections and their Empower Shigamani project in South Africa.

Kevin lives in one of the coolest small towns in America, Lititz, with his wife Amy and his two daughters, McKenna and Maya. The Murphy family can be found traveling, locally & abroad, and enjoying the great outdoors…mostly from our kayaks. But it is helping his girls grow up to be awesome young women that gives Kevin the greatest happiness.
