Douglas Hershey

Vice President, Creative Director

Doug’s role includes developing creative concepts, design of communication materials and managing all art production. With over 30  years of industry experience, Doug has served as designer/art director for several local and regional agencies, as well as the owner of Weston Design, Lancaster – which merged with Scheffey in 2004. He is a graduate of York Academy of Arts.

Doug lives in downtown Lancaster, has two terrific daughters and five adorable grandkids. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, bicycling, reading and traveling.
